Mother’s Day Competition Terms and Conditions

  1. The Lower Precinct Mother’s day event will take place on Saturday 26th March 2022 from 10am – 4pm.
  2. The Lower Precinct Mother’s day competition will be open for entries on Saturday 26th March 2022 from 10am -4pm.
  3. To enter the competition, entrants must visit the Lower Precinct’s Mother’s day event on Saturday 26th March and fill out the entry form.
  4. Out of all entries, one winner will be selected at random who will win a £50 shopping spree for a Lower Precinct store of their choice.
  5. The competition winner will be picked on Monday 28th March 2022.
  6. The winners will be contacted directly using the email address entered on the entry form.
  7. The competition prize will need to be collected from Lower Precinct on an agreed date with the Marketing Team.
  8. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged.
  9. There is no cash alternative available.
  10. By entering the promotion you accept these terms and conditions, and agree to participate in any publicity associated with this promotion.
  11. If the entrants fail to agree to these terms and conditions they will be automatically excluded from the promotion.
  12. The promoter and partners have arranged this competition in good faith and cannot accept liability in any matter relating to the competition whatsoever.
  13. The entrant’s personal information (photo) will be used only on the website and social media of Lower Precinct and will not be passed on to any third parties other than where legally or contractually obliged.
  14. Employees of Lower Precinct and their relatives can enter this competition.
