The children's department offers a wide variety of styles, whole and half sizes and a choice of widths. Friendly trained staff are always available to ensure that you and your child leave the store knowing that you have chosen the right size and fitting with room to grow.

We sell Clarks Gift Vouchers. These vouchers can be used at any Clarks, K or Ravel.

All major credit cards accepted, including Electron, Solo and Duet.

We also accept Capital Bonds, Shoe Vouchers, Bonus Bonds, English Heritage and Children's Boot Fund Vouchers.

RETURNS POLICY

If you are not entirely happy with your (unworn) shoes please feel free to return them within 28 days.

Items with proof of purchase will be exchanged or refunded in full. Items without proof of purchase will be exchanged or refunded at the latest price in gift vouchers. Please keep your receipt to speed up the process.

If a purchase was made by cheque we cannot give a cash refund until the cheque has cleared (this takes 14 days from issue), but we can offer gift vouchers as an alternative.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
