14 Days of Love’ Terms and Conditions

1. The Lower Precinct ‘14 Days of Love’ competition will be open for entries from 11am on 1st February until 11am on 15th February 2023.
2. To enter the competition the entrant must like the Instagram or Facebook post, follow the Instagram or Facebook page and tag someone they love on the competition post.
3. All entries will be put in a generator with one entry selected at random who will win each gift.
4. There is no cash alternative available.
5. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged. 
6. The winner will be notified via the social media account they used to enter the competition.
7. By entering the promotion you accept these terms and conditions, and agree to participate in any publicity associated with this promotion.
8. If the entrants fail to agree to these terms and conditions they will be automatically excluded from the promotion.
9. The promoter and partners have arranged this competition in good faith and cannot accept liability in any matter relating to the competition whatsoever.
10. The entrant’s personal information (photo) will be used only on the website and social media of the Lower Precinct shopping centre and will not be passed on to any third parties other than where legally or contractually obliged. 
11. Employees of Lower Precinct and their relatives can enter this competition. 
12. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel the competition at any stage. These terms and conditions are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
