Christmas Carnival
Lower Precinct is bringing the fun this Christmas with our amazing Christmas Carnival!
Launching on 22nd November, we’ll be a festive hub full of free, family-friendly events designed to bring some sparkle and cheer to Coventry. Forget expensive outings, come and enjoy activities that spark imagination and togetherness right here!
Carnival Kick-Off
Saturday 22nd November
2pm – 5:30pm
Come and meet our fun roaming carnival characters!
Look out for a bouncing stilt performer and juggler hosting mini-shows and giving out free festive treats.
Plus, shop the Lush Christmas pop-up.
Christmas Memory Jars Workshop
Sunday 30th November
11am – 3pm
Create a special Christmas Memory Jar!
Decorate a jar and fill it with your Christmas wishes and favourite memories.
Finish the jar with magic sparkle, a beautiful keepsake to take home.
We’ll also have a circus performer and a Face Painter throughout the day!
Festive Fun and Games
Saturday 6th December
11am – 3pm
Enjoy a fantastic day of classic festive games!
Try your luck at our carnival stalls: “Splat a Snowball” and “Hook the Festive Duck”, with great prizes to win.
Plus, we’ll have an amazing Balloon Modeller creating fun sculptures throughout the day.
The Emerald City Meet & Greet
Sunday 14th December
11am – 3pm
Meet the iconic characters, The Good Witch and The Wicked Witch, for an exclusive photo opportunity!
Pose with the characters against a magical Emerald City backdrop.
Our photographer will give you a free, printed photo to keep as a memento of the day.
And we will have a Face Painter throughout the day.
Snow Globe Craft Workshop
Saturday 20th December
11am – 3pm
Join our festive Hanging Snow Globe Craft Workshop!
While you create, enjoy the fun atmosphere with a Walkabout Magician performing close-up tricks and an entertaining Walkabout Circus Skills Performer throughout the centre!
