COMPETITION T&Cs:
- To enter the competition, the entrant must follow the instructions on the designated post and/or website page.
- All entries will be put in a generator with one entry selected at random who will win a voucher from Lower Precinct.
- There is no cash alternative available.
- The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged.
- The winner will be notified via the email account used to enter the competition.
- The promoter is Lower Precinct Shopping Centre.
- The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 and over. Employees of Lower Precinct, its tenants, or any agencies connected with the promotion, and their immediate families, are not eligible to enter.
- The ‘Twixmas’ Part 1 competition runs from Thursday 18th December 2025 to Tuesday, 23rd December 2025. Entries received outside of this period will not be considered.
The second competition, ‘Share your Twixmas moments’ runs from 26th December 2025 to 1st January 2026.
- There are two (2) Twixmas Day Out prizes available. Each prize includes:

- Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. Prize elements are subject to availability and any individual venue terms and age restrictions.
- How to Enter:
- Competition 1 – To enter the first competition, participants must:
Comment on the competition post on Instagram or Facebook
Answer the question: “Tell us your perfect Twixmas activity at Lower Precinct!”
Tag at least one person they would bring with them
Follow the official Lower Precinct social media account
All steps must be completed for an entry to be valid.
- Competition 2 – To enter the second competition, participants must:
Share a photo or video taken at Lower Precinct during the Twixmas period
Post on Instagram or Facebook using the hashtag #TwixmasAtLowerPrecinct
Have a public profile to allow entries to be viewed
Participants may enter both competitions. Multiple entries are permitted; however, each participant may only win one prize.
- Winner Selection:
- Competition 1: One winner will be selected based on the entry deemed most creative by Lower Precinct.
- Competition 2: One winner will be selected at random from all valid hashtag entries.
- Winners will be contacted via direct message on the platform used to enter within 7 days of the competition closing date. If a winner does not respond within 7 days, the promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
- Use of Entries (UGC) – By entering, participants grant Lower Precinct permission to repost, share, and use their submitted content across Lower Precinct’s social media channels and marketing platforms, with credit where possible.
- Data Protection – Any personal data supplied during the promotion will be used solely for the administration of the competition and in accordance with Lower Precinct’s Privacy Policy.
- General – Lower Precinct reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the competition at any time without prior notice in the event of circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
