Please note, as part of our new safety measures in place, the toilets will be closed every hour for deep cleaning at:
8am, 9am, 10am, 11am, 12pm, 1pm, 2pm, 3pm 4pm and 5pm.
Baby changing facilities can be found in ladies & disabled toilets.
Shop Mobility
You cannot hire wheelchairs or self-drive scooters from the centre. Mobility Pathways (Shopmobility) is located at Barracks Car Park, and is open 8.45am – 4.30pm Monday to Saturday. Their contact number is 024 7683 2020. Note: Wheelchairs and scooters are subject to availability and relevant ID is required.
Cycling
We have a no cycling policy in the centre and ask any cyclists are asked to dismount when coming through the centre.
