COMPETITION T&Cs

1. Where’s the Duck? competition will be open for entries from 22nd September until midday on 26th September 2025. 
2. To enter the competition, the entrant must follow the instructions on the designated post and/or website page.
3. All entries will be put in a generator with one entry selected at random who will win a voucher from Lower Precinct.
4. There is no cash alternative available.
5. The prize is 1 x £50 voucher to a Lower Precinct tenant of your choice.
6. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged. 
7. The winner will be notified via the email account used to enter the competition.
8. By entering the promotion you accept these terms and conditions, and agree to participate in any publicity associated with this promotion.
9. If the entrants fail to agree to these terms and conditions they will be automatically excluded from the promotion.
10. The promoter and partners have arranged this competition in good faith and cannot accept liability in any matter relating to the competition whatsoever.
11. The entrant’s personal information (photo) will be used only on the Lower Precinct website and social media, and will not be passed on to any third parties other than where legally or contractually obliged. 
12. Employees of Lower Precinct and their relatives can enter this competition. 
13. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel the competition at any stage. These terms and conditions are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
